The Blood

This caught my attention this morning,

The authorities and the crowd all make reference to the Blood of Jesus in Matthew chapter 27 
6 - blood money from Judas  
24 - Pilate, "...innocent of this man's blood." 
25 - Crowd, "Let his blood be on us and on our children." 

Taking part in a murder (unlawful execution) brought a curse.  Everyone knew it. 

It is so compelling and opposite, that the curse on all who participate in Jesus' death (me) actually becomes the gift of life and grace. 

This is the Kingdom 
For the King gave His life for His children. 
For me. 
Thank You Jesus.
