Jesus.

Over the past few months

I have been re-examining 

Jesus....

Fully man

Fully God

....and...

how does that work?

- Born a baby

- Grew up with brothers and sisters

and they didn't seem to find in him

anything particularly special...  - ref Jn 7:3-5

- Yet stayed in Jerusalem when He was 12

to 'be in His Father's house'  - ref Lk 2:49

- Yet Zacchaeus was converted by one conversation - ref Lk 19:5

- Yet Jesus was 'God visiting' Jerusalem - ref Lk 19:44

- Yet Jesus himself says he is the chief 'cornerstone' of all things - ref Lk 20:17

and Yet 

I also read...

- that He emptied himself of all things 'God' - ref Phil 2:6-8

- and became obedient to the Father - ref Matt 26:39

- even to the taking on himself our sin

that would separate Him from God... - ref Matt 27:46

Jesus...

You are God

Yet

for my sake

became 

Man....

and walked with the Father

and the Spirit

and endured

and suffered

and yet

You were

and 

are

God

this is mystery

to me....
