His ways....

Jeremiah had the dubious privilege to instruct people that were being taken into exile and captivity.   
"...seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the LORD on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare...  I know the plans I have for you.... to prosper you...."      29:4-14   

Prosperity in exile.  Wellness in captivity....  and God's goodness to them spilled out onto their captors....

O Wow.
Lord, Your ways are beyond my ways.
