Good day, Black Creek Church Family,

As some of you know, I enjoyed reading the biography of a well to do woman in the Middle East who had dreams of Jesus, John the Baptist, and God the Father...  It led her to ask questions and search the Bible to find answers. Such an amazing story of God pursuing someone's heart.

Check out the summary of 'I Dared to Call Him Father'

After Blilquis gave herself to Jesus and experienced loss of family, social standing, and financial security, She received what she calls 'the Presence'

She records how God's joy-filled peaceful presence began to teach and disciple her.  How He would fill the hunger in her soul as she began to learn how to walk in His new ways of thinking.

It was so interesting to 'watch' the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit interact with her.

This week I reflected on my relationship with these Three.

How aware am I of the 'presence'.

How do I hear and obey?

What is the Holy Spirit teaching me?

What 'ways of the Kingdom' does He want for my 'normal'?

This Saturday is Camp Bob's open house.  Lunch is provided.

Come out and bring a friend who hasn't been to camp before.

Pray for the staff and children who will experience God in a new way this summer.

Next Sunday, June 15th, the church picnic will be at our church.

Hotdogs,   burgers, beverages and  ice cream supplied.

Bring a salad or dessert to share

Games and prizes to follow.

Pray and ask for His presence to guide you today.

He might surprise you with joy and peace.

John records Jesus' words of promise for what Bilquis experienced...

John 14:15     If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

16  And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,
17  even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive,

because it neither sees him nor knows him.

You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.
18     I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
25     These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you.
26  But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name,

he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.
27  Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.

Not as the world gives do I give to you.

Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.

O Lord, I know You live within

and that Your presence is real.

Help me hear and sense you through the day.

To experience the joy and peace that You bring.

Teach me to grow up into you more.

Blessings as you experience more of Him this week,

Peter Jackson
