To my faith family in Black Creek.

Greetings from our leadership team and from me personally.

Once more we are working with CHANGE.  As many of you know our Provincial Health Officer has made the difficult call to limit social activities province-wide as of this Thursday, November 19th
While we are still able to continue to meet personally with you for pastoral care, mental health and addiction challenges, we have been mandated to not meet as a group in our church building, outside, or in homes.

This order will be revisited in the second week of December to see if it will be extended, changed or removed.

All church staff have been encouraged to work from home if possible.  Heidi will continue to pick up or respond to phone calls and emails either from the church office or from her home.  Please be patient if you are not able to get through or answered immediately.

Online services will be as normal with the times being slightly adjusted.
Children's Church Online will start Sunday morning at 9:30 (this first week it may different)
Sunday Morning Service Livestream will begin at 10:00 am

Continue to pray for our Federal and Provincial leaders as they direct our province and country through such uncharted waters.   Pray for wisdom, courage, health and God's favour and blessing to rest on them as they serve us.

I have been reminded that we are in a battle.  And the enemy is not among us, our neighbours, or our government.....  Our enemy is.... well I will let Peter tell it the way it is....
1 Peter 5:8  Keep a cool head. Stay alert. The Devil is poised to pounce, and would like nothing better than to catch you napping.
9  Keep your guard up. You’re not the only ones plunged into these hard times. It’s the same with Christians all over the world. So keep a firm grip on the faith.
10 The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ—eternal and glorious plans they are!—will have you put together and on your feet for good.
11  He gets the last word; yes, he does.  - The Message

God's richest blessings,
