Hardening of the.... arteries?

This morning listening to Hebrews I was struck
by the work of God in believers lives
and then
they walk away.... Hebrews 3:7-11, 6:4-6

and in the end
no repentance
and
no redemption.....

Point of departure?

Hmm....

Hebrews 3:12-13 tells me
the deceitfulness of sin
hardens my heart
dulls belief and faith
and finally
Unbelief.

My Choices about sin
make a difference.

Lord Jesus,
You died to set me free from
the bondage to sin
but You still allow me to
choose.

I want to stay
Close to You

Let me not be blinded
by temptation
to the consequences....
- what it will do to my heart.
