Sin Nature....
- When that happens...
or
- What that means...

many believe that
little children are sinless.

Born with a 'clean slate'
and then
sin messes them up...

Hmm

David writes:
Ps 51:5 Surely I was sinful at birth,
sinful from the time my mother conceived me.

Paul writes:
1 Cor 15:21 For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man.
22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.

I am reminded
that outward actions
are a Symptom
of inward reality

My nature
My 'bent'

are reflected in Sinful Actions
not the other way round...

Now that I Have asked Jesus to forgive me
and set me free from my old nature

I can
CHOOSE
to crucify
that sinful self
and Live
a Spirit Led life

Day by Day
moment by moment

Not a one time thing
but a
consistent
ongoing choice

Living Into
what God has made me

Oh Thank You Jesus
from setting me free
from that which I was born into.

Thank You for
a new nature
that reflects You
in me....

as I choose....
