Come to Him... lose the load.

This morning the words of Isaiah    
like cool running water    
like the sun on a warm afternoon   
like a fresh breeze to my stuffy soul.....     

55:1 "Come,  
all you who are thirsty,  
come to the waters;
and you who have no money,
come,
buy and eat!
Come,
buy wine and milk without money and without cost.
2 Why spend money on what is not bread,
and your labour on what does not satisfy?
Listen, listen to me,
and eat what is good,
and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

And Jesus,
Matthew 11:28
"Come to me,
all you who are weary and burdened,
and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you
and learn from me,
for I am gentle and humble in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy
and my burden is light."

Oh Lord, You invite me
Hungry
Thirsty
Weary
Burdened.

Food and drink
Rest and lightness

Yes Lord
Yes.
