Hi Black Creek Community 'Family'

Have you ever felt like things are a bit more difficult than they 'should be'? Some weeks of camp this summer have been like that. I know God is using camp for His purposes....  That's why we are there! I know that kids are hearing about Jesus... and some are answering His call.  I know that many are learning the challenging life lessons of leadership.... But.... Sometimes it just seems like some things are hard..... Straight forward Plans get complicated,  Misunderstandings with staff, or campers, or even parents.... Unexpected 'glitches'... I talked to a friend yesterday.  He too is learning to Not give up or quit... Push through.

Galatians 6:9  And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Pray please for these last weeks of camp. There is only one more week of CLT.  A pivotal time for many.

This week one of the fellows that have been coming to our Band of Brothers asked for a hand unloading their moving truck on August 22nd.  If you are able to help out sometime that day let Philip Marion know at philipmarion@live.com

God reminded me. This is actually a battle. We are taking (back) ground for the kingdom that brings life to those that are stuck in death.

Ephesians 6:10  Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11  Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12  For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

Thanks for your help and prayers in advance,
Blessings
