Stressed..... a choice....

These last few weeks I have been feeling stressed...   
Lots going on, deadlines, requests, juggling priorities, meetings etc...   
'Free time' is actually  
just a slot to fit in things I didn't have time for the rest of the week....   

and David writes:
'Rejoice in God
and what He brings to my life!

David was a king
with lots going on I am sure....
and Yet
He brought
Wonder
and
Thanksgiving into his life
by looking to God
and putting everything in that perspective

Lord,
I repent of not letting go
of my 'control' feelings
but I choose to
release each moment to You.

Starting....
now.

I rest and rejoice
that You are God
and
I am not.

Yeah.
